Shipping policy
Everything we know about getting your order to you, in plain terms. If anything here does not match what actually happened with your order, tell us and we will sort it.
Shipping cost
Delivery is free on every order to any address in the United Kingdom. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Order processing time
Orders are processed in 0 to 1 working days. Orders placed before 3:00 pm GMT are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm GMT, at a weekend, or on a UK public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Transit time
Transit time is 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Deliveries run Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
So from placing your order, expect it within roughly 3 to 6 working days in total.
Who delivers it
Orders are sent with Royal Mail on a tracked service. Your parcel does not need a signature and will be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if you are out, at the discretion of the delivery driver.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order leaves us you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number and a link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan — if it looks blank the evening you receive it, that is normal.
You can also check progress any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.
If your order has not arrived
If tracking has not updated for 5 working days, or your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email support@minirecorder.co.uk with your order number. We will open an enquiry with Royal Mail and either resend your order or refund it in full. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.
Missing or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives incomplete, or with the wrong item inside, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of what you received. We will send the correct item at our cost — you will not be asked to pay postage for our mistake.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — if the order has not yet been dispatched we can correct it. Once a parcel has gone out to an address you supplied, we cannot recall it.
