Using this website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy or republish its content without our permission.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased.
Products and pricing
We take care to describe our product accurately and to photograph it honestly. Colours may appear slightly differently on different screens. Specifications quoted are those supplied by the manufacturer.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch the goods, at which point a contract is formed. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Delivery terms, costs and timescales are set out on our Shipping Policy page. Timescales given are estimates in working days and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Cancellation and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out on our Return & Refund Policy page, which reflects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Lawful use of the product
Our product is an audio recorder. You are responsible for using it in accordance with the law where you are. In the UK, recording a conversation you are part of for your own personal use is lawful. Recording other people covertly, or sharing a recording with third parties, may create obligations under UK GDPR and may be unlawful in some circumstances. We do not provide legal advice, and we accept no responsibility for how a customer chooses to use a device after purchase.
Accuracy of the website
We try to keep this website accurate and up to date but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content is provided for general information. We may change or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or recordings.
Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under it. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
